Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Ltd Prepares for Public Listing
Engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) establishment Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Ltd has filed draft papers with capital requests controller Sebi to raise finances through an original public immolation (IPO). The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 3.12 crore equity shares with no offer- for- trade (OFS) element, according to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP).
According to request sources, the IPO size is anticipated to be Rs 300 crore. Proceeds from the fresh allocation to the tune of Rs58.64 crore will be utilised for copping capital outfit, Rs 140 crore will be used for funding the working capital conditions of the company and the balance for general commercial purposes.
The Jodhpur- grounded company has experience in the design and construction of major structure systems for the central and state governments, with ongoing systems in nine countries. The company’s profit from operations increased to Rs785.61 crore in 2021- 22 from Rs373.15 crore in 2019-20, and profit for the time rose to Rs44.85 crore from Rs12.66 crore.
As of December 2022, it has 51 ongoing systems, adding up Rs 5,653.43 crore, of which Rs 1,816.81 crore worth of work has formerly been executed. Choice Capital Advisors Private Limited and Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited are the book- running lead directors. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.
