Swastik Pipes gets nod for NSE Emerge IPO
Specialized pipe manufacturer Swastik Pipes moment blazoned that it has entered blessing from NSE crop for its original public immolation (IPO). The IPO comprises the allocation of over to Rs62.5 lakh shares through the book- structure process.Near to 40 per cent of the issue will be reserved for QIB, around 20 per cent for HNIs and 35 per cent for retail investors. The company had lately filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with NSE Emerge.

It has two shops in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, with product capacity of 20,000 MT per month. Continuous Hot-Dip galvanizing mill roll out galvanized coils of international quality. These lines are supported with on line tension leveling, trimming lines and skin pass mills, to take care of special requirements of customers in terms of coating mass, width, thickness etc.
