Motisons Jewellers refiles IPO papers with SEBI
Jaipur- grounded retail jewellery company Motisons Jewellers has filed primary papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise finances via original public immolation (IPO). The offer comprises only a fresh issue of 3.34 crore equity shares and there’s no offer for trade (OFS) portion.
The company had filed primary IPO papers with SEBI in September 2023. Still, the capital requests controller returned the draft papers in December. The company may consider a pre-IPO placement of over to 60 lakh equity shares. However, also consequently the fresh issue size will be reduced, if the company raises finances via pre-IPO placement.
The jewellery maker is going to use fresh issue proceeds for repaying debts (Rs 58 crore), and backing working capital demand (Rs 71 crore), besides general commercial purposes.
