Deltatech Gaming,Pristine Logistics get Sebi bells for IPO
Deltatech Gaming Ltd and Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects NSE 0.38% Ltd have entered Sebi’s go- ahead to raise finances through an original public immolation (IPO). The two companies, which filed their primary IPO papers with Sebi during May and June, attained its observation letter on September 30, an update with the requests watchdog showed on Monday.
In Sebi’s parlance, its observation implies its nod to launch an IPO. Going by the draft papers, Deltatech Gaming’s Rs 550-crore IPO comprises fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 300 crore and an offer- for- trade (OFS) of Rs 250 crore by protagonist Delta Corp Ltd NSE 5.34%.
Proceeds worth Rs 150 crore from the fresh allocation will be utilized for organic growth through marketing and business creation conditioning, to attract new gamers and retain the living bones, Rs 50 crore will be used for strengthening the technology structure to develop new capabilities, maintain and manage its living platform and general commercial purposes. The Gurugram- grounded company is one of the foremost companies in the real plutocrat gaming member in India. Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects’ original share- trade comprises fresh allocation of equity shares worth Rs 250 crore and an OFS 20,066,269 of equity shares by promoters and being shareholders, according to the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP). Proceeds from the fresh allocation will be used to repay debt and for general commercial purposes.
Pristine provides logistics structure and services, rotated around rail transportation networks. It also offers synergetic logistics structure and services across the diapason, including non-container, vessel, rail transportation and road transportation services. It also helps in areas similar as integrated logistics results by offering warehousing, storehouse and weight running, rail transportation, road transportation, and third- party logistics (3PL) services and identifies these services as the company’s crucial profit aqueducts.
Equity shares of both companies will be listed on BSE and NSE. Meanwhile, Mukka Protein, which filed its IPO papers with Sebi in March this time, withdrew its DRHP on September 27, an update with Sebi showed. The company is engaged in manufacturing of fish mess, fish oil painting and fish answerable paste which is extensively used as a raw material in aqua feed, flesh feed, cleaner manufacture, leather tanneries and makeup diligence encyclopedically.
