Consequently, on the business transfer agreement between KL and KEL, the business of Rubberized coir, Pillows, mattresses, and other related products was transferred to KEL with effect from April 2014 and now KEL is the operating company. Kurl-on manufactures and markets an entire range of home comfort solutions and a wide range of high-end soft furnishings such as Pillows, cushions, bed linen, to ergonomically designed furniture etc.

The company has slowly and gradually evolved and now manufactures mattresses in 135 different configurations, partnered with a network comprising of more than 10000 dealers, 72 branch and stock points, and 9 strategically located manufacturing facilities across states like Karnataka, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Uttaranchal, and Gujarat. The company’s vision is to provide world class manufacturing processes with latest innovation thereby delivering exponential growth and maximizing wealth for the stakeholders in a socially responsible way. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities including imported machinery, modern testing facilities and R&D helped improve its standards and become a leader in the mattress and home comfort space.
