Aprameya Enggineering limited files draft papers with SEBI
Medical outfit manufacturer Aprameya Engineering has filed primary papers with capital requests controller Sebi to raise finances through an original public immolation (IPO).
The IPO comprises the trade of fresh issue of over to 50 lakh equity shares of the company and there’s no offer for trade (OFS) element, draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed with Sebi showed on Thursday. Finances will be used to meet working capital conditions and for general commercial purposes.
The company is engaged in the business of healthcare structure like installation, set up and conservation of ICU, operation theatre and prefabricated structure ward on a turnkey base along with the force of high- value healthcare outfit and individual outfit to hospitals.
Hem Securities Ltd is the sole book- running lead directors to the issue. The equity shares of the company will be listed on the BSE and NSE.
